About The Great Chef Run

Despite our name, you don’t have to be a Chef, you don’t have to be Great and you don’t have to Run. Anyone can enter whether a runner or walker, hospitality industry colleague or not, this is a unique local fundraising event that raises funds to support Hospitality Students in Nevada. This is our chance to give back to our state’s largest industry.

With your registration you will get not just a well organized and fun race, but also an incredible goodie bag full of all the supplies you need to look the part including our signature Chef Coat tech t-shirt and Chef Hat and giveaways worth over $100.

Come and join in the fun and run, jog or walk our spectator friendly 5k course at James Regional Park and afterwards enjoy a range of delicious tasty treats created by some of the best chefs in our city, entertainment from nightclub DJs and a wide range of vendors!
